Well-run option among 4 stars hotels. The attentive and excellent staff all round. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Location next to the ferry to Ernakalum, Mattancherry Palace, and Jew Town. Also, in the middle of the city. Perfectly pleasant stay, as always.

The room was cleaned daily & fresh towels provided as well as evening tidy and available with 2 double beds. The café was perfect for breakfast.

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, especially Umesh who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and high-quality linen. The amenities provided, such as the flat-screen TV and electric kettle, added to the convenience and comfort of the room. The hotel also had a lovely garden area and swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of exploring.

Spent a lovely weekend at a heritage hotel near Princess Street. The hotel rooms were spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel had a great location, being close to many restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a good variety of options to choose from.

The hotel furniture could use some updating as it seemed a bit worn. the nearby bridge being out of service caused some difficulty in calling a taxi and getting around the area.

My stay at the hotel was excellent thanks to the great service provided by the staff. They were very friendly and helpful in fulfilling my requests. The location was perfect, not too far from the city center and major attractions. The breakfast served was exceptional, and it included freshly squeezed juice and delicious French toast.
